Navigating Technology in an Age of Distraction

How much screen time should my kids have? What kind of media should I let my kids watch? What kind of example should I be setting for my kids regarding technology use?

Navigating technology use for kids can be one of the most challenging aspects of parenting in our modern world. Technology, though incredible and helpful in many ways, presents unique challenges, distractions, and pitfalls to genuine faith and real living. God's Word is full of wisdom about how to use technology well, in a way that honors God and is in line with how He created each one of us. Join us for a day where we discuss what godly parenting looks like in response to technology.

The content of the workshop will be based on the book The Tech-Wise Family by Andy Crouch. We'll talk about big picture ideas, such as how has God created us and how this affects the way we should use and think about technology, as well as some more practical tips and steps for parents and guardians to implement.
